We LOVE our house!
We especially LOVE that it is in a cul-de-sac. Our kids can literally play in the street.
The location is great, too. It is less than a mile to all public schools preschool through high school. It is just a short drive (or a vigorous walk) to Truman, ATSU, and the hospital.
There is a fun park within walking distance.
Yet another great feature is all the storage. There is a shed in the backyard, and the garage has lots of cupboards and shelves as well as the entrance to the attic.
On the inside we LOVE the big windows. There is a beautiful stone fireplace in the living room. The second bedroom is surprisingly large. And who doesn't love a master bathroom?! In the dining area there are beautiful custom cupboards with granite counter top.
We have replaced the exterior electrical box, sewer line, and range.
